Mr. Chad Franklin Rorrer

Mr. Chad Franklin Rorrer, age 36 of Woolwine, passed away Monday, August 23, 2010. He was born on October 23, 1973 in Patrick County. He had been a machinist at Worley Machines. Mr. Rorrer was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charlie G. and Etta Meadows Hylton, and his paternal grandparents, Cephus and Hester Atkins Rorrer.
Mr. Rorrer is survived by his wife, Melissa Salmons Rorrer of the home; two daughters, Chasity Ann Rorrer and Karleigh Jean Rorrer, both of the home; his parents, Delmas and Lelia Hylton Rorrer of Stuart; one brother, Bradley Rorrer of Stuart; one sister, Wendy Lane of Stuart; his step-grandmother, Lonnie Rorrer of Stuart; one niece; and two nephews.
Funeral services will held Thursday at 2:00 p.m. at Jesus Saves Baptist Church with Brother Noah Frye and Speaker William Rorrer officiating. Burial will follow in the DeHart Familly Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.
