Mr. Charles Claude Hawks

Mr. Charles Claude Hawks, age 71 of Cana, passed away Monday, December 03, 2012 at his home. Mr. Hawks was born in Surry County on May 20, 1941 to Garley Claude and Dinna Cagle Hawks. Surviving are his wife, Shirley Pike Hawks of the home; a daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Grant Caulder of Ocean Isle; a son, Charles R. Hawks of the home; a sister, Margie Ramey of Lowgap; a brother, R. C. Hawks of Mt. Airy and his grand dogs, Tucker and Spencer. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 6:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
