Mr. Charles Myron Littell

Charles Myron Littell, 83, of Brownstown, Indiana was welcomed into the arms of Jesus arms on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 8:50 a.m. at his residence.

Charles was born December 23, 1929 in Hazelwood, Indiana the son of William L. and Jessie U. Allen Littell. He married Florence Louise Sweany on December 24, 1950 in Hazelwood, Indiana; she survives.

Charles received his Master of Theology from Cincinnati Bible Seminary in Cincinnati, Ohio. He retired from Missionary work with the Ambassadors for Christ Philippines Evangelism in 2005 after 30 years of Missionary work in the Philippines'. He was a former member of Hazelwood Christian Church. During his life in ministry he started over 400 Churches, a Children's Home and a Church Leaders training center in Davao City, Philippines. He was a member of Seymour Christian Church and was currently attending Brownstown Christian Church. His enjoyments were his ministry, reading and spending time with his family and church family.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Florence L. Littell of Brownstown, Indiana; two sons, Timothy (Nina) Littell of San Diego, California and Stephen (Kathy) Littell of Dallas, Texas; one daughter-in-law, Peggy Littell of Dobson, North Carolina; eleven grandchildren, Aaron and wife Angela Littell of Hickory, North Carolina, Ben Littell of Clinton, North Carolina, Amber Bostic of Cincinnati, Ohio, April (Tom) Roberts, Dobson, North Carolina, Adam (Missy) Littell of New Philadelphia, Ohio, Shannon (Jon) Byers of Boston, Massachusetts, Michael Littell of Waxahachie, Texas, David Littell of Chicago, Illinois, Vincent (Valerie) Posada, Larry (Veronica) Posada and Robert Posada all of San Diego, California and twenty-one great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Matthew Adam Littell and a brother, Billy Littell.

Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 7, 2013 at the Reddington Christian Church in Reddington, Indiana with the Rev. Bill Weaver officiating. Friends may call at the Reddington Christian Church on Friday, June 7, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in the Reddington Cemetery.
