Mr. Christopher Shane Reynolds

Mr. Christopher Shane Reynolds age 31 of 363 Fireside Lane, Mt. Airy, NC passed away Sunday afternoon, November 3, 2013. He was born November 3, 1982 in Surry County to Richard Reynolds, Sr. and the late Sandra Gail Deatherage Reynolds. He was employed by North Carolina Foam Industries. Surviving are his father, Richard Reynolds, Sr. of the home, a brother and sister-in-law, Richard Reynolds, Jr. and Jenifer of Mt. Airy, his grandmother, Magdalene Reynolds, of Mt. Airy, a niece Malori Reynolds and a nephew, Austin Reynolds both of Mt. Airy, three step nephews, Jamie Bowman, Shane Bowman and Cody Bowman all of Mt. Airy, two great nephews, Kayden Bryant of Cana, VA and Kameron Ayers of Mt. Airy, and a "special aunt", Nancy Hegler and husband, Rodger of Mt. Airy and many other aunts, uncles, cousins and family. In addition to his mother, Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert "Rab" and Mildred "Mallie" Deatherage and Curtis Reynolds. A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Johnny Johnson. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Tuesday night at Moody Funeral Home.
