Mr. Clayton Ray Collins

Mr. Clayton Ray Collins, 56, of Stuart passed away Friday morning at Pioneer Hospital in Stuart. He was born in Patrick County November 17, 1953 to the late Moir and Gracie Lawson Collins and worked for A. C Furniture in Eden N.C. He was also preceded in death by a brother; Clarence Collins and his stepmother, Endie Collins.
Mr. Collins is survived by four sons and daughters-in law; Jesse and Jennifer Collins of Kannapolis, N.C., Jamey and Alice Collins of Concord, N.C., Jeremy and Amanda Collins of Oxford, N.C., Brandon Collins of Stuart, VA, and six grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters; JoAnn Roberson and Georgia Handy both of Stuart.
A memorial service for Mr. Collins will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Tommy Nichols officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time for the service and other times at the home of Georgia Handy at 1779 Dobyns Rd.
