Mr. Efrain Ortiz

Mr. Efrain Ortiz, 65 of Ararat, NC passed away at Northern Hospital of Surry County on Sunday, December 23, 2012. Mr. Ortiz was born in Guerrero, Mexico on April 13, 1947 to the late Sebastian Ortiz Torres and Ofelia Ortiz Montes De Oca. He is survived by his wife, Maria Patino Delgado; daughters and sons-in-law, Marisol Ortiz Uriostegui and Isaac, Britney Ortiz Rodriguez and Carlos, Daisy Ortiz and Alex Lachino; six grandchildren, Gerardo Uriostegui, Enrique Uriosteque, Fernando Lachino, Aaron Lachino, Lili Rodriquez, Fernanda Rodriquez; two sisters, Guadalupe Ortiz of Mexico and Carolina Ortiz of California; three brothers, Ermilo, Catalino and Antonio Ortiz all of Mexico. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Monday, December 31, 2012 at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy with Father Fidel Melo officiating. Burial will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens.
