Mr. Emery Lee "Bo" Williams

Mr. Emery Lee “Bo” Williams, age 57 of Claudville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 5, 2017 at his home. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland on August 13, 1960 to the late Raymond and Alice Lucas Williams. In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was preceded in death by two brothers, Luther and Billy Ray Williams; a sister, Patsy W. Robinson; a niece, Lou Ella Lough; and a nephew, Ray Williams. He was a loving husband and father, who was a hard worker and had an amazing sense of humor.

Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 26 years, Penny Phillips Williams of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Travis and Martha Williams of Martinsville, Joshua and Brittany Williams of Ridgeway; two step-grandchildren, Hunter Brown and Wiggie Brown; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Shirley and Devere Yates of Fieldale, Doris Gillespie of Axton, Brenda and George Murray of Axton, Debbie and Dayton Musick of Richlands; one brother and sister-in-law, Raymond “Buddy” and Lynnette Williams of Bassett; and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Friday, Nov. 10, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Patrick Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends following the graveside at the home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Emery Lee Williams Memorial Fund, c/o Moody Funeral Home, P.O. Box 307, Stuart, Virginia 24171.
