Mr. Gary Paul Mahan II

Mr. Gary Paul Mahan II, age 42, of Elkin, NC passed away on Friday Morning April 4, 2014 at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home, in Dobson. He was born in Alleghany Co. on October 12, 1971 to Gary Mahan and Patricia Wells Mahan. He was employed by Carolina Heritage Cabinetry. Surviving are his wife Ashley Davis Mahan of the home; one daughter Haley Mahan of the home; two sons Wesley Mahan and Jarred Mahan both of Hamptonville; parents Gary and Patricia Wells Mahan of State Road; one sister and brother-in-law Penny and Freddy Harrison of Dobson; two nephews Justen Quesenberry and Darren Quesenberry both of Elkin; one great niece Maecee Quesenberry of Elkin. Mr. Mahan was preceded in death by one brother Jerry Mahan. Funeral services will be held Monday morning 11:00 AM April 7, 2014, at Marler Road Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Crestwood Cemetery in State Road. Rev. Randy Johnson and Rev. Danny Royall will conduct the services. The Family will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson, on Sunday evening from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
