Mr. George Herman Foley

Mr. George Herman Foley, age 69 of Pole Bridge Road, Stuart, passed away on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at his home. He was born in Patrick County on August 30, 1937 to the late George Edgar and Annie Hestell Turner Foley. He had worked at Bassett Furniture Industries, and was of the Primitive Baptist faith.
Mr. Foley is survived by four sisters, Ruby Jane Foley and Martha Rachel Foley, both of Stuart, Ruth Wingfield, and husband, John, and Dorothy "Dot" Stone, and husband, L.B., all of Patrick Springs, and a special cousin, Darrell Turner.
Funeral services for Mr. Foley will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Rev. Calvin Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the Adams Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Moody Funeral Home, and at other times at the home.
