Mr. Gerald Randolph Reynolds

Mr. Gerald Randolph Reynolds, 92 of Meadows of Dan passed away Friday afternoon at his home. He was born February 8, 1917 in Patrick County to the late Grover Cleveland and Stella Shelor Reynolds. He served in the Army during WW II and retired from the City of Danville Electric Department after 34 years of service
Mr. Reynolds was also preceded in death by his first wife, Flora Belle LaPalme Reynolds; his second wife, Eloise West Reynolds; two sisters, Gaynelle Spangler and Alma Louise Reynolds and a brother, Galen Reynolds.
Surviving Mr. Reynolds is three sons; Albert and wife Mercedes LaPalme of Penbroke Pines, FL., Gerald Reynolds, Jr. of Kernersville, N.C. and Grover C. and wife Patricia Reynolds of North Garden, VA, 7 Grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and a brother Walter Reynolds of Eden, N.C..
A graveside service will be held on Monday July 13, 2009 at 2 P.M at Meadows of Dan Baptist church Cemetery with Rev. Clinton Hensley officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6 until 8 at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart.
