Mr. Henry Lee Staples

Mr. Henry Lee Staples, age 75, of Stuart, passed away Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at his home. He was born in Patrick County on October 10, 1934 to the late John Jackson "Jack" Staples and Mary Rucker Staples. In addition to his parents, Mr. Staples was preceded in death by three brothers, George Otis Staples, James "J.J." Staples, and infant John Francis Staples. He had been a truck driver for 54 years.
Mr. Staples is survived by three sisters and brothers-in-law, Ollie Mae Spencer of Martinsville, Lucy and Michael Moore of Stuart, and Marjorie and Donald Nowlin of Patrick Springs.
Funeral services for Mr. Staples will be held Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Rev. Robert Hairston officiating. Burial will follow in the Loggins Family Cemetery.
