Mr. Herbert Nathan Collins

Mr. Herbert Nathan Collins, 61, of Mt. Airy passed away Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in Winston Salem. He was born in Surry County on July 16, 1954 to the late Ernest and Lela Jones Collins. He is survived by his wife, Eula Mae Price Collins; daughters, Kayla Collins and Candies Collins; grandchildren, Jesse James Rose, R. Aiddrien Rose, Gabriel Rose and Maddalynn Edwards; a sister, Ernestine Chappell and a brother and sister-in-law, Mack and Patsy Collins; a brother-in-law, Roy Hiatt and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Collins was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Hiatt. There will be no formal services at the funeral home.
