Mr. James "Jimmy" Belton, Jr

Mr. James “Jimmy” Belton, Jr., age 74 of Stuart, passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was born in Patrick County on May 19, 1942 and was preceded in death by his father, James Belton, Sr. He had retired from DuPont in Martinsville with 35 years of service.

Mr. Belton is survived by his daughter, Allison Belton of Winston-Salem, North Carolina; his mother, Nell Goad Belton of Stuart; one brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Peggy Belton of Critz; one sister and brother-in-law, Carol Belton-Vernon and Donald of Stuart; nieces and nephews, Michael Vernon, Keith Vernon and wife, Sarah, Mark Vernon and wife, Marci, Cheryl Dillon.
A private graveside service will be held.
