Mr. James Edward"Pipeman" Frady

Mr. James Edward "Pipeman" Frady, 80, of Dobson passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born on April 10, 1932 to the late Roy Lewis and Lonie Cabe Frady. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 60 years, Laura Arzona Hutchens, of the home; his devoted children, Bonnie and husband John Beane of Walnut Cove, Willie Frady of Georgia, Daphna and husband Carl Hisel of Hamptonville, Linda and husband Joe Walker of Yadkinville, Kay and husband Eddie Cook of Hamptonville, Brian Frady of Westfield, Carol Henderson of Rhonda and James and wife Mary Ann Frady, of Walnut Cove; two sisters, Carrie Lee and husband Thomas Craig of Richmond, VA and Lucille Cain of Florida; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald Frady of Kernersville; and his many friends at Surry Diner. In addition to his parents, Mr. Frady was preceded in death by several sisters and brothers. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 29, 2012 at Bessie's Chapel by Bro. Justin Duncan and Jonathan Mikels with burial to follow in the church cemetery. They family will receive friends at the church on Saturday one hour prior to the service.
