Mr. James Richard Beasley, II

Mr. James Richard Beasley, II “Beasley”, age 38 of Claudville, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at his home. He was born in Forsyth County, North Carolina on December 13, 1978. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bonita Moser; a daughter, Erica Nichole Belcher; and his paternal grandfather, James Glenn Beasley. He was of the Baptist faith, and had been saved at Trinity Baptist Church. He loved softball, his softball family, football and music of all genres.

Mr. Beasley is survived by his wife, Denice Lawless Beasley of the home; two sons, James Richard “Trey” Beasley, III of the home; Kevin Shane Belcher of Stuart; two daughters, Ariana Gail Beasley of Patrick Springs, Megan Dawn Teetor and her husband, Caleb Tyler Teetor of Thomasville, North Carolina; a granddaughter, McKenzie Grace Teetor; his father and step-mother, James Richard Beasley, Sr. and Glenda Beasley of Dry Pond; one sister, Sarah Reynolds of Critz; two step-sisters, Crystal King of Arizona and Dee Padegimas of Connecticut; and several nieces and nephews who were all special to him.
Funeral services will be Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Pastor Chad Harrison and Pastor James Houchins officiating. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the James Beasley, II Memorial Fund, c/o Moody Funeral Home, P.O.
