Mr. James Walter Wilson

James Walter Wilson, 85, of White Plains, passed away Thursday, July 20, at 5:30 a.m. He was born in Stokes County on July 4, 1932, to Jesse Frank and Early Franciss Wilson. He was retired from North Carolina Granite. He had five children: three girls, Carolyn Moore, Tina and Tandra; two sons, Lee and Bobby; and several grandchildren. He is survived by the love of his life, Wilma Taylor. He was predeceased by his parents, brother Grady and sister Nellie. The viewing will be Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Moody’s Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Laurel Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. Lucian Ferguson officiating.
