Mr. Jason Lee Gage

Mr. Jason Lee Gage, age 31, of Dobson, NC passed away on Monday August 6, 2012 at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. He was born in Surry County on November 16, 1980 to Jeffery Lane Gage and Sandra Hardy Gage. Surviving are mother and fiancée Sandra Hardy Gage and Bruce Martin of the home; his father and step mother Jeff and Ai Gage of Ararat, NC; sister Misty Hiatt of Galax, VA; brother and sister-in-law Justin and Megan Gage of Elkin, NC; half brother Joshua Gage of Ararat, NC; nieces and nephews Sierra Hiatt, Kayden Gage, Tyler Gage, Riley Gage, Alyssa Gage, and Bryson Gage; aunts Debbie Branch of Ararat, NC; Patty Collins of Mt. Pleasant TX, Vickie Nugent; cousins Tara Dalton, Christy Freeman, Chris Freeman, Jack Hardy, Jessie Hardy, Kayla Hardy, Nathan Hardy. Funeral services will be held 4:00 P.M. Friday August 10, 2012 in the chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson, with burial to follow in the Freedom Gospel Baptist Church. Rev. Randy Parrish will conduct the service. The family will receive at Moody-Davis Funeral Home on Friday from 2:00 P.M. until time of the service at 4:00 P.M. The family has requested in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Jason Lee Gage funeral fund C/O his brother Justin Gage 161 N. Wall St. Elkin, NC 28621.
