Mr. Joey Wayne Beasley

Mr. Joey Wayne Beasley, age 56 of Stuart, Virginia passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at his home. He was born in Thomasville, North Carolina on January 5, 1960 to Jerry Beasley and Mary Jane Rakes Beasley Lumpkin. Mr. Beasley was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Beasley.

Mr. Beasley is survived by his mother, Mary Jane Rakes Beasley Lumpkin and her Fiancé, Bob Most of Stuart; two children, David Beasley and Matthew Beasley, both of North Carolina; a brother, Tommy Beasley, of Stuart; two sisters, Carolyn Hedrick of North Carolina, and Jerri Lynn Fielder of Stuart; several nieces and nephews; cousins; aunts and uncles.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Rev. Gary Combs officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the Elamsville Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
