Mr. Johnnie Ray Robertson

Mr. Johnnie Ray Robertson, age 35 of Stuart, passed away Saturday, February 9,2013 in Laurel Fork. He was born in Patrick County on May 25, 1977, and attended Mayo Mountain Church. Mr. Robertson was preceded in death by his father, John "Jack" Robertson; his maternal grandparents, Raleigh Scales and Eva Mabe Abbott; and his paternal grandparents, John Robertson, Sr. and Mary Lou Inman Robertson.
Mr. Robertson is survived by his mother, Florence Scales Robertson of the home; six aunts and uncles, Linda and Gene Clark of Stuart, Clarence and Lucille Robertson of Martinsville, Joyce and Doug Wood of Lexington, North Carolina, Mabeline and Doug Marshall of Mount Airy, North Carolina, Stanley and Dora Abbott of Stuart and Ralph Scales of Claudville.
Funeral services for Mr. Robertson will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Dr. Craig Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in the Creasey's Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home, and at other times at the home of his mother.
