Mr. Larry Conduff Clifton

Mr. Larry Conduff Clifton age 61, of 215 Herring St., Mt. Airy, NC passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Northern Hospital of Surry County. He was born March 14, 1952 in Surry County to Verlen and Bettie Martin Clifton. Surviving are his parents, Verlen C. and Bettie M. Clifton of the home, a brother and sister-in-law, Ronnie and Janet Clifton, Lowgap, two nephews and wife, Wesley Clifton, Raleigh and Lee and Sheena Clifton, Mt. Airy and a great niece, Madeline Clifton, Mt. Airy. Mr. Clifton was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wesley Samuel and Annie Clifton and Prather Lee and Sinda Martin. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, September 5, 2013 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel. The service will be conducted by Rev. Elmo Hiatt. Burial will follow at Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 7-9 PM Wednesday night at Moody Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Association for Retarded Citizens, PO Box 724, Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
