Mr. Manuel Puckett

Mr. Manuel Puckett, age 73 of Mt. Airy, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2013, at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Puckett was born in Virginia on February 10, 1939 to Dock and Ola Davis Puckett. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Joe McGill of Pilot Mountain; a son, Tony Puckett of Mt. Airy and a granddaughter, Alyssa Puckett. In addition to his parents, Mr. Puckett was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Lee Puckett; a grandson, Zachary Puckett; sisters, Marie Easter and Margie Hall and brothers, Joe Puckett, Harvey Puckett and Major Puckett. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Zion Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery by Rev. Jeff Pickett. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home from 1:00 until the time to depart for the service.
