Mr. Mark Anthony Simmons

Mr. Mark Anthony Simmons, age 45, of Mt. Airy, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2017, at the Woltz Hospice Home. Mr. Simmons was born in Surry County on October 12, 1971 to Billy James and Barbara Edmonds Simmons. He was a loving son, brother and uncle who will be dearly missed by all his family and many friends. His memory will always be cherished by his parents, his brother and sister-in-law, Dennis and Suzette Simmons; his nieces, nephews and many friends. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at Peoples Church Cemetery by Rev. Jack Anderson. The family will receive friends Wednesday, beginning at 1:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home.
