Mr. Michael Garland "Mike" Morrison

Mr. Michael Garland "Mike" Morrison, age 60 of Stuart, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2009 at his home. He was born in Patrick County on November 5, 1948 to the late John G. and Mae Joyce Morrison. He was a member of Stuart United Methodist Church, and had worked as an insurance agent for American General Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Morrison is survived by one brother, Sammy Morrison of Hillsville; and several cousins.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Rev. Tommy Shepherd officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stuart United Methodist Church, P.O.
