Mr. Neal "Tommy" Thomas Banks

Mr. Neal "Tommy" Thomas Banks, age 63 of Stuart passed away at his home on Saturday, October 25, 2008. He was born in Patrick County on December 5, 1944 to the late Avery and Elsie Webb Banks. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Carlene Charnock.
Mr. Banks is survived by two sisters, Thelma Morris of Stuart, Virginia and Maxene Fix of Indianapolis, Indiana; a brother Lester Banks of Stuart and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services for Mr. Banks will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 2:00pm at Reed Island Springs Baptist Church with Pastor Marshall Banks officiating. Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart has been entrusted with the services.
