Mr. Paul Lemoine Galis

Mr. Paul Lemoine Galis, age 70 of Claudville, Virginia, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2012. He was born in Fairview, West Virginia on April 12, 1941 to the late Alexander and Eloise Luton Galis. He was retired from the Federal Aviation Administration.
Mr. Galis is survived by his wife, Linda Tucker Galis; a son, Paul A. Galis of Silver Spring, Maryland; two daughters, Ottie Lynn Galis Rust of Gainesville, Virginia and Pamela Galis Kershes of Ashburn, Virginia; a step-son, Christopher R. Boyer of Meadows of Dan, Virginia; three grandchildren, Hunter Rust, Ryan Rust and Justin Kershes; two step-grandchildren Sage Boyer and Morelle Boyer; and two brothers, John Galis of Morgantown, West Virginia and James Galis of Bremen, Georgia.
A memorial service for Mr. Galis will be held Saturday, February 11, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Hastings Funeral Home in Morgantown, West Virginia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Foundation, 5511 Staples Mill Road, Suite 202B, Richmond, Virginia 23228.
