Mr. Ray Clifton "R.C." Prim

Mr. Ray Clifton "R.C." Prim age 76 of 171 Hedge Pin Lane, Mt .Airy, NC passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. He was born September 6, 1937 in Surry County, NC to the late Ervin Theodore Prim, Sr. and Janie Atkins Prim. He was retired from Greenwood and Charles Enterprize and was a member of Westside m Baptist Church. Mr. Prim was a member and past master of Round Peak Masonic Lodge #616 AF&AM. He was also a member of the Galax Moose Lodge. Surviving are a daughter, Rebecca Ann "Becky" Prim, Mt. Airy, a granddaughter and husband, Misty Prim Hull and Charlie, Mt. Airy, great grandchildren, Austin Chase Branch, and Grayson Luke Hull both of Mt. Airy, two sisters, Coleen Henry, Statesville, and Christine Bowman, High Point and a brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Kathy Beasley, Mt. Airy, several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Prim was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Prim, a daughter, Teresa Prim and a son, Thomas Prim, two brothers, Dixie and Ervin. T. Prim, Jr. and three sisters, Annie Martin, Mamie Stafford and Irene Scott, Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Rev. Steve Johnson and Rev. Terry Watson. Burial will follow in the Westside Baptist Church Cemetery. Full Masonic Burial Rites will be conducted at the graveside by Round Peak Masonic Lodge #616. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Friday at Moody Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017. .
