Mr. Ronald E. Dalton

Mr. Ronald E. Dalton, age 54 of Meadows of Dan passed away at the Annie Penn Memorial Hospital in Reidsville, NC. He was born on Oct. 16, 1954 in Patrick County to the late John Henry Dalton and Claudine Agnes Handy Dalton of Meadows of Dan. In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Curtis Allen Dalton, Nathaniel "Buster" Dalton, one half brother, Henry Davis Dalton, one half sister, Dolly Dalton; two infant brothers; and one infant sister.
Surviving in addition to his mother are two sisters and a brother in law, Catherine and Jim Beasley of Reidsville, NC, Peggy Bowman of Reidsville, NC; four brothers, Leonard and Tanya Dalton of Meadows of Dan, James Dalton of Critz, Jerry and Joyce Dalton of Ridgeway, and Steve and Charm Dalton of Lexington, NC.
Funeral services for Mr. Dalton will be held Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Vesta Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Jonathan Goins officiating. Burial will follow in the Dalton Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday night from 6 to 8 at the church.
