Mr. Ruben "Chico" Sepulveda, age 84 of Stuart, passed away Saturday, April 10, 2010 at the Blue Ridge Nursing Center in Stuart. He was born in Puerto Rico on March 6, 1926. Mr. Sepulveda was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Morris Sepulveda; his mother, Elvira Troche Sepulveda and father. He served in the United States Army during the Korean war, had worked for the Town of Stuart and Clark Brothers, and had retired from Masonite Corporation.
Mr. Sepulveda is survived by one son, Brian Morris of Stuart; two daughters, Rita Cobb of Critz and Myra Nowlin of Stuart; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Mr. Sepulveda will be held Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Patrick Memorial Gardens with Elder Joseph Carter and Dr. Roger Hagwood officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Patrick County Veterans Memorial Honor Guard. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart is in charge of the arrangements.
