Mr. Scott Dwayne Williams

Mr. Scott Dwayne Williams, age 52, of Dobson, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at the Woltz Hospice Home. Mr. Williams was born in Forsyth County on December 5, 1964 to Doris Veach Williams and the late Clyde Henry Williams. He was a loving husband, father, son and good friend to so many. Scott’s passion for soccer allowed him to have an extended family. He loved coaching Recreational and Travel Teams in Surry County, and having an impact on so many kids’ lives. He will be dearly missed. Among those who will always cherish his memory his loving wife, Tanya Davis; children, Camron Key, Ashlyn Key, Sophie Williams, Eli Williams, and Sadie Williams; a God daughter, Ilihanie Caro and his dear mother, Doris Williams. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, June 4, 2017, at The Barn at Heritage Farm from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Surry Central High School at 716 S. Main St., Dobson, NC 27017. Tanya would like to express a special thanks to the Woltz Hospice Home of the exceptional care Scott received during his stay there.
