Mr. Taylor Stuart Blankenship

Mr. Taylor Stuart Blankenship, age 73 of Stuart, passed away Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the result of an automobile accident. He was born in Henry County on October 6,1940 to the late Homer and Helen Cobler Blankenshilp. In addition to his parents, Mr. Blankenship was preceded in death by four brothers, William H., J.D., Roosevelt and Charles Blankenship.
Mr. Blankenship is survived by his wife, Shelby Lawson Blankenship of the home; two brothers, Clifford Blankenship of Collinsville and Raymond Blankenship of Axton; one sister, Nellie Branscome of Ridgeway; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Mr. Blankenship will be held Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Patrick Memorial Gardens with Pastor Dewayne Troutt officiating. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart is in charge of the arrangements. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.moodyfuneralservices.com.
