Mr. Teddy Joseph Russell

Mr. Teddy Joseph Russell age 56 of 174 Weldon Ridge Trail, Mt. Airy, NC husband of Mrs. Debbie Russell passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2013 at the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. He was born December 30, 1956 in Grayson County, VA to the late Coy and Bertha Mae Wilson Russell. He was excellent Musician and was of the Baptist Faith. Surviving are his wife, Debbie Willard Russell of the home, daughter, and son-in-law, Michelle Lynn Arnder and Chad, Pinnacle, 4 grandchildren, Kimberly Lawson, Westfield, Amber Sisk Arnder, Caleb James Arnder and Logan Taylor Arnder all of Pinnacle, sisters and brothers-in-law, Ann and Dexter Overton, Mt. Airy, Dorothy and Wendell McCann, Mt. Airy, Phyllis and Roger McCraw, Clayton, and Brenda and Tommy Johnson, Ararat, a brother, Lawrence Russell, Ararat. Funeral services will be held 2:00pm Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Mr. Butch Spurlin. Burial will follow in the Doe Run Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 12:30-2:00pm Saturday at Moody Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017.
