Mr. Thomas H. Coins

Mr. Thomas Harold Coins age 63 of Martinsville, VA passed away Friday at Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. He was born in Mt. Airy, NC on May 21, 1947 to the late Harold Thomas Coins and Julia Ann Lewis Coins former owners of the Old 58 Grill in Horsepasture
Tommy is survived by Howard and Margaret Lewis of Patrick Springs and several loving cousins and friends.
A private family graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 23, 2011 at 2:00 pm in the Lewis Family Cemetery with Pastor Steve Hayes officiating.
