Mr. Troy Lee Easter

Mr. Troy Lee Easter, age 65 of Mt. Airy passed away at his home, Wednesday, October 19, 2011. He was born in Surry County on September 12, 1946 to the late Troy Green and Hazel Bowman Easter. Mr. Easter worked as a mechanic and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Tana Easter of Mt. Airy; step daughters, Marisa Hensley and Lavonda Jessup both of Mt. Airy; grandchildren, Kane Easter, Olivia Jessup, Michael Jessup, Tina Martz, Kimberly Hensley and Jennifer Hensley; a special friend and cousin, Earnest Easter of Mt. Airy. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at the Beamer Family Cemetery by Rev. Rusty Reed. The family will receive friends at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy on Saturday from 9:30 AM until the time to leave for the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Moody Funeral Services, PO Box 1288, Mt.
