Mr. Walter Gregory Coble

Mr. Walter Gregory Coble, age 62, of Dobson, NC passed away on Saturday January 3, 2015 at the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice home in Dobson. He was born in Arostic Maine on January 16, 1952 to Walter Gray Coble and the late Georgina Ellen Lovely Coble. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by one sister Ruth Gail Snyder. He was retired from Reynolds Tobacco Co. with 32 years of service. He was a Veteran of the US Army having served in Vietnam. Surviving is his wife Doris Regina White Coble of the home; his father Walter Gray Coble of Dobson; Aunts and Uncle Hazel and John Frank Garwood of Mocksville, Lee Coble of Cooleemee; Special Best friend Mark Snow of Cana, VA. A visitation will be held at Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson on Monday evening January 5, 2015 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. There will be no further services held. The family has requested in lieu of flowers memorials be made to the Joan & Howard Woltz Hospice Home 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, NC 27017 or to the Foothills Food Pantry PO Box 1065, Dobson, NC 27017. Moody-Davis Funeral Home is serving the Coble family.
