Mr. William Russell "Rusty" Collins

Mr. William Russell "Rusty" Collins, age 17 of Stuart, passed away Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at his home. He was born in Patrick County on September 3, 1991 to the late William Jimmy Collins and Barbara Massey Hubbard Collins of the home. He was a special education student at Patrick County High School, and was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Collins is survived by one brother, David Wayne Hubbard of the United States Air Force; his grandparents, Hazel and Clyde Massey of Stuart and William and Gladys Collins of Patrick Springs; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Collins will be held Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Rev. George Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Patrick Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service at the funeral home, and at other times at the home of Clyde and Hazel Massey.
