Mr. William "Chad" Meadows

Mr. William “Chad” Meadows, 36, of Mt. Airy passed away Thursday, January 4, 2018 at his home. Mr. Meadows was born in Surry County on October 28, 1981 to Donald and Tammy Puckett Meadows. He was of the Baptist faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Meadows is survived by a daughter, Keeley Sue Meadows; a son, Haston Kole Meadows; sisters and brother-in-law, Chanda Leslie Meadows, Chyna and Cory Wilson; grandparents, Billy and Stacy Puckett, and Claude Meadows; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Mr. Meadows was preceded in death by his grandmother, Remona Meadows. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Blue Ridge Baptist Church with the Rev. Butch Spurlin and the Rev. Bill Spurlin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at the church.
