Mr. William W. "Bill" Wilkins, Jr., Age 60 of 233 Pratt Rd. Dobson, NC went to be with the Lord and his loving wife, Martha Tuesday September 18, 2012 at his home after a brave battle with his illness. Mr. Wilkins was born November 5, 1951 in Rockingham County to William W. Wilkins, Sr. and Mary Summerlin Wilkins, he was part owner and operator of Import Auto in Mt. Airy and was of the Christian Faith. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilkins is survived by his two loving sons, Joseph Mason Wilkins of the home and Will Allen of Pilot Mountain, two brothers and sisters-in-law Bruce and Wanda Wilkins and Bob and Katie Wilkins all of Mt. Airy, nine nieces and nephews Craig Wilkins, LeAnne Frye, Kelly Wilkins, Shea Wilkins, Aaron Wilkins, Meagan Atkins, Isaac Atkins, Zack Armfield and Madison Armfield. Mr. Wilkins was preceded in death by his wife Martha Armfield Wilkins. Funeral services will be held Saturday September 22, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Moody Funeral Home Chapel in Mt. Airy with services conducted by Rev. John Deir with burial to follow in the Skyline Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Friday night 6 to 8 P.M. at the Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
