Mr. Zachary Edward Towe

Mr. Zachary Edward Towe, age 31, of Mount Airy passed away Friday December 15, 2017 at his home. Mr. Towe was born in Guilford County, June 9, 1986, the son of Mark H. and Anne McGee Towe. Zachary graduated from Mount Airy High School in 2005, attended the Creating Successful Learners Program at Surry Community College and was a member of First Baptist Church in Mount Airy. He was an avid Carolina Panther and Michigan State Spartan fan. He also had a love for professional wrestling. Surviving are his parents, Mark H. and Anne McGee Towe of the home; his grandmother, Eva Sue Simmons Towe of Mount Airy; his aunts, Laurie McGee of Mount Airy, Karen Orcutt and Sue Towe both of Raleigh; two cousins, Ford Patterson and Thomas Patterson both of Raleigh.; two very special friends, Donna Krause and Ryan Hardee. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ed and Sarah McGee, Harrison Towe, and an uncle, Alan McGee. A graveside service will be held for Zachary on Wednesday at 2:00 PM, at Oakdale Cemetery.
