Mrs. Alice "Jane" Moser Largen

Mrs. Alice “Jane” Moser Largen, age 55, of Dobson, NC passed away on Wednesday January 3, 2018 at her home. She was born in Surry Co. on July 8, 1962 to the late Harvey and Thelma Edwards Moser. She was a farmer, having worked in the tobacco fields, and worked in home health care. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Sherman “Stork” Largen; sister, Peggy Moser; and a brother, Yogi Moser. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Amanda and Alberto Delacruz of Dobson, two sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph Sherman and Beverly Largen of Siloam, David Craig and Jessica Largen of Dobson; six grandchildren, Alora Largen, Destiny Largen, Kyle Largen, Ashley Santamaria, Haley Largen, Devin Largen; sisters, Shirley Crouse of Dobson, Carolyn Nelson of Mt. Airy, Helen Summerlin of Dobson, Bonnie Moser of Mt. Airy, Deborah Edwards of Dobson; three brothers, Jerry Moser of Mt. Airy, Wade Moser of Mt. Airy, Bobby Moser of Mt. Airy; sisters-in-law Sue Moser, and Sharon Moser. A Memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Moody-Davis Funeral Home on Friday evening January 5, 2018. Chaplin Ricky Spencer will officiate the service.
