Mrs. Anna Rae Byers Lawrence

Mrs. Anna Rae Byers Lawrence, age 79 of Thurmond, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2017 at Hugh Chatham Hospital. She was born August 27, 1937, in Indiana, to the late Richard and Alice Mae Craig Byers. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Mr. Joy Ray Lawrence. She is survived by her nieces; Melody Kae Dickens and Kimberly Deann Hanahan and husband Benjamin; nephew, Jeffrey Alan and Cindy Dickens; great nieces Amber Lynn Winters, Alexandra Elizabeth Hanahan and Samantha Joy Hanahan; and one great nephew, Travis Clay Dickens.
