Mrs. Barbara Vadine Crouse Ramey

Mrs. Barbara Vadine Crouse Ramey age 57 of 108 Astros Lane, Lowgap, NC wife of Mr. Bobby L. Ramey passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She was born May 1, 1954 in Beckley, W. VA to Nada Ethel Meadows Crouse and the late Bill Mouria Crouse. Mrs. Ramey was a former school bus driver for the Surry County School System with fifteen years of service. She was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Surviving is her husband, Bobby L. Ramey of the home, a daughter, Kyra Lynn Ramey , Lowgap, a grandson, Aiden Lane Jester, Lowgap, a sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Ray Norman, Elkin, five brothers and four sisters-in-law,, Richard Crouse, Lowgap, David and Debbie Crouse, Lowgap, Billy and Linda Crouse, Dobson, Dwight and Beth Crouse, Lowgap and Russell and Cathy Crouse, Lowgap. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, November 25, 2011 at Mountain View Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Clyde Stewart. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Thursday at Moody Funeral Home.
