Mrs. Beatrice Ann Whitaker Wood

Mrs. Beatrice Ann Whitaker Wood, 60 of Dobson passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mrs. Wood was born in Surry County on June 2, 1952 to the late Wayne and Betty Logan Whitaker. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly Nicole and Matthew Raby of Pilot Mountain; three sons and two daughters-in-law, David Anthony and Tammy Willard of Winston Salem, Eden Lee and Sara Willard of East Bend, and Randy David Willard of Pilot Mountain; three sisters, Becky Finney of Mt. Airy, Gilda Marion of Siloam and Hilda Marion of Pilot Mountain; three brothers, her twin, Billy Whitaker of King, Danny Whitaker of Pinnacle and Roger Whitaker of Rural Hall. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wood was preceded in death by her first husband, C.W. Willard and her second husband, Eddie Arnold Wood.
