Mrs. Betty Jean Harrison Faulkner

Mrs. Betty Jean Harrison Faulkner, 75, of Mt. Airy, passed away Saturday, December 3, 2016, at Northern Hospital of Surry County. Mrs. Faulkner was born in Surry County on August 1, 1941 to the late Virgil W. and Zora Snow Harrison. She is survived by a sister, Helen Stoneman of Galax, VA; many nieces and nephews; many special friends and neighbors. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Faulkner was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lote Faulkner; many brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Arwood Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Chestnut Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 PM until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
