Mrs. Beulah Johnson Inman went to be with her Lord on March 30, 2013. Beulah was born on March 3, 1913 to the late Walter and Montoria Thompson Johnson. She was a faithful member of Albion Missionary Baptist Church for 74 years and taught Sunday School until the age of 97. Mrs. Inman is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Daymor and Sybil Inman of Mt. Airy; a sister, Iva Dell Jackson of Mt. Airy; sisters-in-law, Lola Gammons of Mt. Airy and Dellie Lewis of Kernersville and Earlene Cranford of Archdale and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Harvey Inman; three brothers, Harlow, Leonard and John D. Johnson; two sisters, Delia Chaney and Geneva Pruitt. Funeral services will be held Monday, April 1, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Albion Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Rickey Rogers and the Rev. Wesley Flippin officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM unil the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Albion Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund, c/o Bernie Chilton, 687 Woodville Rd., Mt. Airy, NC 27030. The family would like to express their deepest appreciation to Marilyn Johnson, Janie Joyce, Tina Abbott, Tina Lawson, Danielle Collier and Elizabeth Bentley for the tender loving care given to Beulah. Also a special thanks to Robin Gibson and the staff of Westfield Medical Center and Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care.
