Mrs. Carol T. Sheppard

Mrs. Carol Tolbert Sheppard, age 69 of Stuart, passed away at her home on Sunday, February 01, 2009. She was born in Stoneville, North Carolina on April 19, 1939 to the late Jack and Elizabeth Ann Goode Tolbert. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a husband, William Charles Booker, Jr.; and a brother, Ronnie Tolbert. She was a member of High Point Baptist Church and was retired from DuPont.
She is survived by her husband, Joel H. Sheppard of the home; two sons, Terry Booker of Georgia and William Charles "Chip" Booker, III of Stuart; a daughter and son-in-law, Robin and husband, Terry Amos of Stuart, five grandchildren, Alexandra Booker, Kristy Amos, Eli Amos, Ariel Booker, and Hunter Booker; and a brother and sister-in-law, Anthony "Tony" and wife, Shirley Tolbert of Eden, NC.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home with Pastor Wayne Moore and Pastor Dwight Prilliman officiating. The burial will be private.
