Mrs. Chloe Lawless Litten

Mrs. Chloe Lawless Litten, age 67, of Stuart, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Carilion Memorial Hospital in Roanoke. She was born in Danville, VA on April 9, 1950 to the late Arthur W. Lawless and Jewett Hall Lawless. She had worked for JP Stevens and United Elastic and retired with 33 years of service. She was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Harry Lee Litten of the home; one son, Andrew Shelton of Stuart; one step son, David Lee Litten of Mt. Jackson; five grandchildren, Andrew Jacob Shelton, Nathan Lee Shelton, Morgan Leigh Litten, Matthew Litten, Joshua Litten; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bobby and Patsy Lawless of Stuart, Mike and Mildred Lawless of Stuart; and several special nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home in Stuart with Rev. Gerald Melton officiating. Burial will be private.
