Mrs. Deborah Ann McConkey Wilson

Mrs. Deborah Ann McConkey Wilson, 55, of Westfield passed away Monday, October 21, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston Salem. She was born in Surry County on January 12, 1958 to the late James Ralph and Lizzie Dervie Jones McConkey. Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker. She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Catlin Morgan of Sandy Ridge, Amy and Barry Tilley of Westfield; three sons, Troy Wilson, and Chris Wilson both of Westfield, Jerry Wilson of Mt. Airy; nine grandchildren; three brothers, Lonnie, James, and Roger McConkey all of Mt. Airy. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, David Wayne Wilson. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Moody Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Davis, and Rev. Daniel Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in the Red Bank Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 12:30 until time for the service at Moody Funeral Home in Mt. Airy.
