Mrs. Debra Southard "Debbie" Clack

Mrs. Debra Southard "Debbie" Clack, age 55, of Clayton, NC passed away unexpectedly on Thursday May 2, 2013 in Elkin, NC. She was born in Surry County on June 22, 1957 to Algeron Stanley Southard and to the late Frances Chrismon Southard. She was a former Float Pool Coordinator at RBC Centaur. Surviving are her husband John Malcolm Clack of the home; daughter Jessica Clack of Burlington; two sons and daughter-in-law Joe Blaine Guyer III and Kristy Guyer of Wendell, Michael Paul Guyer of Elkin; two grandchildren Adler Pierce Guyer and Isabell Iva Guyer; her father Algeron S. Southard of Elkin; her mother-in-law Dorothy Yarboro of Roxboro; Sister and brother-in-law Rebecca and Scott Moore of Elkin,; brothers Stan Southard and James Southard both of Elkin. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Monday May 6, 2013 at Bessie's Chapel Baptist Church with burial to follow in church cemetery. Rev. Ralph Grose and Rev. Mitchell Robertson will conduct the services. Her body will remain at Moody-Davis Funeral Home until taken to the Church to lie in state 30 Min. before the service. They will receive friends at Moody-Davis Funeral Home in Dobson on Sunday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.
