Mrs. Diane Upchurch Chamberlain

Mrs. Diane Upchurch Chamberlain, 59, of Mount Airy, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2016, at Baptist Hospital. Mrs. Chamberlain was born in Forsyth County to Kenneth and Shirley Upchurch. She was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, and grandmother “Meme.” Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, but especially her grandbabies. Survived is her husband Randy Chamberlain of the home, daughter and son-in-law, Brandy and Brad Jones of Mount Airy; sons and daughters-in-law Chris and Rana Chamberlain of Mount Airy, Micah and Carmen Chamberlain of Pilot Mountain, and Garrett and Courtnie Chamberlain of Mount Airy; six beautiful grandchildren, Maddox Chamberlain , Maxsim Chamberlain, Mia Chamberlain, Brayden Jones, Kaidence Wood, and Jaxxon Chamberlain; father, Kenneth Upchurch; sisters and brother-in-laws, Jean and Rocky Butcher, Lynn and Jeff Hollar, and Karen and Mark Knapp; as well as several special aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Chamberlain was preceded in death by her mother Shirley Upchurch, and her precious beloved daughter Keturah Burford. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, July 10th at Indian Grove Baptist Church Fellowship Hall at 2:00 pm. Please join the family for a Pot-Luck reception immediately following the service. Your contributions of a food dish of your choice will be greatly appreciated. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Diane Chamberlain memorial fund in care of Chris Chamberlain at Granite City Florist in Mount Airy, North Carolina.
