Mrs. Doris Ann Williams

Mrs. Doris Ann Williams, age 47 of Stuart, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011 at her home. She was born in Guilford County, North Carolina on April 17, 1963, and was preceded in death by her mother, Shirley Holt Flynn. She was a member of Stokesdale Baptist Church.
Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, Melvin Williams of the home; one daughter, Rebecca Lynn Mosley of Stuart, two sons, Melvin Eugene Williams, Jr. of Browns Summit, North Carolina and Casey Edward Williams of Stuart; two grandchildren, April Ann Mosley and Jeramie Glen Mosley, Jr.; her father and step-mother, Edward and Donna Flynn of Lexington, North Carolina; one brother, Jamie Flynn of Stokesdale, North Carolina; and two sisters, Joyce Flynn of Stokesdale and Beverly Thompson of Pleasant Garden, North Carolina.
Funeral services for Mrs. Williams will be held Sunday at 3:00 p.m. at Stokesdale Baptist Church with Rev. Carl Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the church. Moody Funeral Home in Stuart is handling the arrangements.
